Line Clear offers many delicious dishes, mostly curried versions, to go along with the white rice or the savory and fragrant Nasi Briyani. Just as good, are the curry prawn, fish, fish-roe, squid’s egg and its ‘black’ beef. Stick to curries of fish, prawns or squids (provided that you don’t have cholesterol/gout problems lahh). Unlike the malay curry, Indian curries don’t normally have coconut milk in it. Indian curries are very rich in spices and herbs. Spices and herbs have a long history of use for health, dating back five thousand years ago. They add flavor and nutrients to dishes without fat or calories!
