In the early days it was famous for its Crispy Roasted Pork and BBQ Pork (Char Siew). A group of men, wearing the black pair of trousers with folded type at the top without buckles together with 'Pagoda' T Shirts ran the restaurant in the old days. Most of waitress and cooks were from China.
The Signature Dishes are 'Kang Kong' with Special Salted Fish Sauce, Bean Curd with Fish Fillets ('Tau Fu' Fish) and Stewed Chicken with Light Herbs ('Pak Poh Gia').
